We all have a body, and we all experience pain, suffering and disconnection by being in a body. Not knowing how to manage our emotions is the source of many problems, like addictions and oppression. Can we fix this issue? In her Talk, wellness coach and body image educator Jill Catherine describes through personal storytelling (and even some fun dance moves) how our culture’s obsession with image-based body ideals can be reformed, so that we can reach our full potential as humans.
