Our minds have long been designed to protect us from danger, often placing us in a state of constant fear or state of anxiety. But emotions do not have to happen to us any longer. By reprogramming and outsmarting our survival mindsets, we can create an emotional state of fulfillment, positivity, and peace that best supports our true selves so we can thrive as happy adults.
