Athletics is the perfect place to practice radical social justice education. It is critical coaches, staff members, and administrators learn to work with student-athletes on uncomfortable topics such as identity and understanding their biases. The student-athlete setting is consistently a diverse environment, and addressing inclusion is necessary to improve the student-athlete experience and their well-being.
