Jayson Waller's life has been filled with defining moments that have shaped his time as CEO and founder of POWERHOME SOLAR. From the time he had to move out of his multimillion-dollar home on the lake to give his business the cash it needed to continue (and to heal his family), to dealing with the COVID crisis and much more, Waller's understanding of the importance of his mission has crystalized over time. Defining moments even came as a youth -- seeing his dad pass up an entrepreneurial opportunity to play it safe, and battling to get custody of his first child. Not only does Waller tell you how he's handled adversity, he has advice for those facing their own defining decisions.
