Everything in your life is just as important—from your past, past failures, and past successes. In cultivating balance, you must know what is important to you and make sure not to neglect one area of yourself (mental health, emotional health, spiritual health, or physical health) for another area. In discovering balance, I learned my experience on the streets—homeless, failed relationships and difficult road to fulfilment was just as impactful to my life as I aspired to become my authentic self.
