Brands are not to be managed, but deeply understood and felt. They ought to be treated with honesty and respect. They have a past, glories and failures on their backs, dreams and a path ahead.
The more brands I had to lead throughout the years, the more I realized that a brand is actually no different than a person, with whom we can learn and evolve. When you approach marketing from this angle, everything changes and learnings go deeper than business.
