Procrastination is the act of putting off activities that need tending to and substituting them for more pleasant activities.
In this TEDx Talk, Hugo Ikta, a French entrepreneur and great procrastinator, tells us how his friend Pierre helped him to stop procrastinating by being his “accountability buddy," and how every one of us can do the same thing.
Hugo Ikta is a French entrepreneur and business developer with work experience in Europe, Asia, Latin American and New Zealand.
After working as an analyst at the venture capital fund Socialatom Ventures, Hugo set up John Coaching, a collaborative coaching platform that helps people to stop procrastinating by using an accountability buddy.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
