How a kids movement can save our planet?
• TEDxNewtown
Alarmed by the environmental problems the planet is facing, 13 year old Shalise has spent the past three years raising awareness about these issues and her goal is to get as many people onboard globally to understand that our individual lifestyle choices really do matter. Shalise wants to start a proactive kids movement and strongly believes that young people in particular must join forces and take environmental challenges into their own hands. This generation will be the ones inheriting the planet and are the decision makers of tomorrow so it’s crucial that they work together now to safeguard the future of our world. Kids don’t need to wait until they grow up, they should make their small ideas big and live with the planet in mind.
