Hique Gomez is a musician, actor, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and arranger. He started studying music at 11 years old and at 15 was already a professional in the area. He ended up on stage where he entertains people from various generations and places around the world. Along with Nico Nicolaiewsky, he was creator and lead actor of the show “Tangos and Tragedies," which has been presented for 30 years throughout Brazil and abroad, mainly in Latin American countries.
At TEDxUnisinos, Hique Gomez shows that listening to music today has gone from a secondary activity to a custom of no importance. He proposes a reflection on the recognition of the human value that exists in the vast repertoire of concert music, the way we listen, and the results of this exercise in terms of expanding consciousness.
