By putting charity at the heart of celebration, we can change the way people think about giving and unlock huge philanthropic potential.
George Rosenfeld is a second-year undergraduate at the University of Cambridge and founder of May Week Alternative, a feel-good initiative encouraging Cambridge students to celebrate the end of the academic year by making the world a better place, and changing attitudes towards charity. George has also been recognised for his previous fundraising and advocacy work by the Vice-Chancellor of Cambridge, Prime Minister David Cameron and the UN Youth Assembly.
