Having his method chosen by the American publication Yoga Journal as one of the most revolutionary yoga methods of the planet, yogi Francisco Kaiut shows us the importance of silence and how silence is the gateway into who we are emotionally.
In 1998, after spending two years in London studying natural health and yoga methods that were current at that time in Europe, Francisco Kaiut incorporated the theory of bipolarity in his proceedings and started his research mixing classical yoga principles with his clinical practice leading to opening his first yoga school in 1999 where he applied his own method, the Kaiut Method. In March of 2015, he was one of the five yogis chosen by American Yoga Journal, in a report that discussed revolutionary yoga methods around the planet.
