Ashar Haque and Farah Sami are both math educators, and are originally from India and Pakistan respectively. Therefore, they never talk about cricket in their household; or it's a war zone. The reason why they chose to talk on this topic is because the topic is very interesting, and they wanted to share their ideas on what they believe "Adjust your Lens" means to them and thus how it can be incorporated in everyone's life.
