This is a story about people and their love of clothes, but also about their propensity for wastefulness. It’s a story about the future and fashions’ necessary evolution to survive. It’s been Emma’s mission over the last decade to inspire people to allow clothing the long, joyful life it deserves, to help its’ stories live on. Thankfully now there is much innovation facilitating us in keeping fashion alive while helping us protect the planet. There are many ways through which old clothing can find new life. And If we so choose, clothing can help us find more humanity in the way we live through understanding, reconnecting, and respecting others and nature. This story has alternate endings and it’s up to us to choose how it ends.
