We the society are responsible for creating gender attitudes and behavior. Just like we created gender inequality we have the power to change it. This is important because in by maintaining gender inequality we limit our full potential in economic terms, as a society and as individuals. If we can challenge the gender in finance and parenting we will create more equality in our personal relationships, at work and we will improve our economy. We need to run at our full potential!
