Mental health issues affect many students and people in the workplace. Unlike a physical health issue which are visible, many sufferers of mental health suffer in silence, unable to tell friends, family, teachers or co-workers. A mental health challenge is no different to a physical health challenge. This talk is about the need to share and treat mental disorders, and how treatment is much better with the support of friends, family, and colleagues.
