Clara Vy, a young climate activist in Vietnam, said the most important thing when going vegan is the connection with the self and the environment. However, Clara Vy thinks that no one should feel ashamed or guilty just because they eat meat.
What were her thoughts when Vy decided to go vegan in her daily diet, and also go environmentally-friendly in her lifestyle?
