One of the most pressing issues in real estate in the 21st century is urban inequality. All too often, millennials and lower income adults find themselves unable to afford the price of living in big cities- the areas where they’re most likely to work, play, and spend the lion’s share of their time in. Claire Coletti, Northeastern alum and CEO of BauBau, is committed to bringing new models of living to cities across the the US. In her talk, Claire discusses the advantages of cooperative living and how it can not only help mitigate urban inequality, but foster connections and eliminate loneliness between individuals attempting to live in cities.
