One in four of our waking hours are spent browsing the Internet. During that time, we are only looking at a small segment of the information we have on hand. Current data visualization methods don’t give us the ability to see the big picture or dive deeper into the details.
In this talk, designer Christian Marc Schmidt discusses how we can understand information. Schmidt is the founder and principal of Schema, a research and design firm that focuses on the intersection of design thinking and data visualization.
