Why do we struggle so much when relating to functional disability? This is the question that Inés Enciso, Artistic Director and cultural manager, asked herself when her son Mateo was born, and that is what led her to create innovative inclusive models through performing arts, changing radically how we look disability. Inés is the creator and co-director of the festival "A different look" of the National Dramatic Centre. In 2017, she was responsible for casting and coaching in the movie Champions made by Javier Fesser, winner of 2018 Goya Awards for best picture, with Jesús Vidal as the best revelation actor. Her compromise and determination to change the life of the most vulnerable ones led her to be awarded the greatest Spanish Red Cross award, their 2019 Gold Medal. She is a founding partner of First Take, a formative studio in interpretation for young actors where she also directs the School of Young Spectators. A jury of the National Theater Award for children and youth, of the 10senses Choreographic Contest, and of the Critical Eye Award of the National Radio. She is a member of the Inclusion Commission of the Spanish Network of Theaters Auditoriums Circuits and Festivals of public ownership.
