Our generation has been tasked with solving some of the greatest challenges the world has ever seen: climate change, world poverty, international conflict, to name just a few. But how can we expect to come up with the new ideas we need to solve these issues if we follow the same patterns of work as the previous generation?
In this talk, Baptiste challenges us to embrace a culture of differences; to collaborate with vastly diverse people, in the most unconventional and stimulating environments, in order to come up with the new, inclusive breakthroughs that the world needs today.
