Art McCoy, Ph.D., community leader and trailblazing superintendent of schools in Missouri, dynamically details three essential elements that can transform schools and society. Despite a 96% poverty rate and 100% free meals in Jennings School District, his urban community - with parts of Ferguson - and its school system came together to achieve over four years of 100% career and college placement and over 90% state accreditation.
