Arran knows, first-hand, the positive change that spaced learning and repetitive testing can have on knowledge acquisition, academic achievement and long-term memory recall. With a passion to help others, she embarked on a 3-year research project that actively improved the grades of its participants. In this talk, she discusses her research on education and learning. This involved creating a study app, which applied the theory of spaced testing to university-level curriculum. After years of data collection, the results of her study offer an illuminating perspective on the way we are taught to learn and how we can better succeed in the future.
