Most people have surely experienced that feeling we all have sometimes when we want to stay in with comfort food and a glass of wine (for those who are over 21 of course), avoiding at all costs the chore of speaking to people. Although you always feel a little guilty, Anna will give you reason not to. Anna explains that the time we spend alone is an opportunity for contemplation and focus.
