This talk is meant to inform everyone that using the Experienced based interview model is the best way to increase the bottom line and find the best talent. What do you want people to learn from your talk? The way in which managers interview talent today is broken. The current system is too dependent on personality characteristics and unmeasurable traits. Using the Experience method will create better hires and better company results. What action items do you want people to take away from your talk? 1) Understand that their current method of interviewing is outdated and needs to be replaced. 2) That there is a better way to identify in the interview process high caliber talent. 3) That this method can be done, but it will take a time investment and that they need to start immediately.
