Men do not cry, men carry no emotions, men suffer in silence. That's how society has stigmatized the way men should express their emotions. Allan Kehler shares his journey from being an alcoholic gambler, to finding his true self by being recognized and cared for as any other human. He shares how mental health should not have a barrier of gender nor stigma and that everyone deserves the same care, attention and love.
