Wine tasting seems to be one of the most enjoyable and easiest jobs in the world. But real experts live in a never-ending learning and development process. Many researches showed that a wine expert’s brain does much more work during tasting than a mathematician’s who works out formulas. But how does a wine expert think? Can the senses be developed? And to what extent is wine „logical“?
