In this talk, Dr. Adrian Vega explains the role that Collective Impact is playing in the Permian Basin, West Texas. The Permian Basin has major macro challenges that the community is trying to address. These include education, healthcare, infrastructure, workforce development, and housing challenges. Dr. Vega shares how the community has embraced the role of Collective Impact in addressing the educational and workforce challenges in the Permian Basin, cradle to career.
