When did you realize the COVID-19 pandemic wasn’t just a 2-week or a 2-month thing? That it would change our lives & the world forever? In 50 years, no doubt, we’ll be telling our grandchildren & their children stories from the pandemic – stories of being isolated, alone, worried about friends & family, even inspired by the goodness of humanity, the bravery & strength of our communities, and those on the frontline. Through four incredible songs, musicians Monalicious, Edwina Maben, Kaitlyn Williams, Connor Terrones, and Fi Sullivan share their experiences of the pandemic.
00:11 – Monalicious performs “Cooped Up,” a song about wishing you were out with friends instead of trapped at home, alone, during the pandemic
03:46 – Edwina Maben performs “March,” a song about her father not being able to come home from India when the pandemic struck in March 2020
07:38 – Kaitlyn Williams & Connor Terrones perform “Erase Me,” a song about breaking up during the pandemic
11:59 – Fi Sullivan performs “We’re Not Alone,” a song about our shared human experience in the COVID-19 pandemic and the common struggles that bring us together.
