About this event
TEDxCity2.0 is an initiative that gathers TEDx communities from around the world to host events highlighting local urban innovators, organizers, stewards and builders with a focus on City 2.0 themes including Art, Education, Food, Health, Housing, Play, Public Space and Safety.
TEDCity2.0 event in USA focussd on how bright urban ideas turn into collective impact to envision the cities of our future and share big ideas about sustainable solutions and collaborative action. TEDCity2.0 featured an unexpected mix of over 20 speakers including 2012’s City 2.0 Award winners who surfaced stories of urban ingenuity and interdependence from across the globe. This event was near-livestreamed in Singapore.
PLUS, we also featured 8 innovative, important and inventive local projects launched by inspiring people in Singapore, and learnt more about Singapore City from AV shows, city model and exhibits at the City Gallery.
