This event TEDxParisSalon was the last one of 2012. We welcomed seven speakers on stage and one mentalist. From fashion in prison to the measure of time, from a shamanic experience in Mongolia to landart, from subjective perception to social media in China, the 135 persons in the audience were offered a travel in space, time and ideas.

Emmanuel Jaffelin

Former diplomat, doctor in philosophy, he studies the ethic and value of "kindness". He shows the strange history of the word and how this minor value can make our life better.

Virginie Van Wassenhove

Doctor in neurosciences, she studies in the USA for ten years (Maryland, California). Since 2008, she is at the head of CEA Neuro Spin.

Sakina M'Sa

Fashion Stylist, her work is always a mix of creativity and solidarity. With fabrics saved from Haute Couture supply she offers work to women in difficulty to create fashion and art.

Noel Dimarcq

Reserch director at the CNRS, he is professor in physics and works on the measure of time. His is at the head of SYRTE.

Tibor .

Mentalist, he creates magic using only one prop :his spirit!
