About this event
Our event is aiming to inspire the young minds of our generation. Being held at a university, this event is geared at students. Our speakers are a mix of professors and students, from a wide range of backgrounds, from science to business to sociology.

Steven Cooke
Dr. Cooke is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Science and Biology at Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario), in the field of fish ecology and conservation physiology. Dr. Cooke is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biology at Queen's University and an Affiliate Research Scientist at the Illinois Natural History Survey. -
Rena Bivens
Dr. Rena Bivens is a sociologist with expertise in the areas of new media (particularly social media), gender and sexuality, cultural studies, media and communications, journalism, critical social theory, feminist theory and science and technology studies. -
Trevor Deley
Trevor is an undergraduate neuroscience students at Carleton University. -
Chris Sauve
Chris is an undergraduate business student at Carleton University. -
Michael Cacho
Michael is an undergraduate student at Carleton University. He is also the VP Marketing of the Carleton Entrepreneurship Association.
