About this event

We challenge you to take part on a journey where culture, education, and science are all linked together. You are invited to meet the people who have managed to change the world in these fields, people who have faced the dangers of life and experience.
This is what TEDxYouth@Miragaia will be pursuing: the sharing of stories of people who have had (and still have) a strong impact in the community, either by creating, giving or inciting evolution, and inspiring people to do so as well.
We aim to break walls and to show you how one can change our planet. We want to let you know about the amazing works achieved by our speakers, but, most of all, we want you to be a part of this adventure, to listen to and to get inspired by their stories - that way you will raise a conscience and make a difference yourself.
