George Krikris

Psychologist, Municipal Councillor
Giorgos Krikris was born in December 1989 and graduated from the 4th High School of Nea Smyrni. He studied Psychology at the University of Athens and specialized in counseling children with autism-learning difficulties. He worked at SOS Children's Villages as a psychologist and later as a teacher at the IEK Akmi educational group. For the last 13 years, he has been an elected municipal councilor in Nea Smyrni, assuming several important positions of responsibility. He has participated as a coordinator in European programs with the object of professional training as well as circular economy. During this period he works for a private company active in the field of waste management.

Georgia Skitzi

Journalist, Political Editor
Georgia Ath. Skitzi was born in Athens where she lives. She has been working as a journalist - political editor since 2006 and since 2010 has been a regular member of ESIEA. She is a graduate of the History and Archeology Department of EKPA and holds a master's degree in Psychology and Media from Panteion University. She started as a parliamentary editor in newspapers, magazines and television stations, she worked as editor-in-chief in Crash magazine and for years in many radio stations on the show of Giorgos Tragkas. She worked in radio and as a political reporter and television political show host on SBC, EpsilonTV and Kontra Channel. Also, she has worked as editor-in-chief in the main news bulletin of ERT, in news sites and as a radio producer (Parapolitika 90.1 FM). She covers government reporting for state TV/ERT and participates in government missions abroad to cover important international events.

Ioannis Ilias

Doctor, Hospital Director
Dr. Ioannis Ilias is an Endocrinologist, Coordinating Director of NHS, Director of the Endocrinology Department at "Ippokrateio" Hospital, Athens. He earned his MD and PhD from the University of Athens and trained in Endocrinology in Greece and the USA (at the US National Institutes of Health, under the guidance of world-renowned stress expert, Professor & Academic, GP Chrousos). In the USA he also trained in Clinical Pharmacology. He has served as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Medicine of the University of Patras and as Director of Health Care at the "Elena Venizelou" Hospital, Athens. Apart from clinical work, he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the School of Medicine of the University of Athens.

Michael Chondrokoukis

Lecturer, Philosophy Researcher
Michalis Chondrokoukis is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts of the Greek Academy of Sciences with a master's degree in the History of Philosophy and a doctoral thesis on the interweaving of Cosmology and Eschatology in the work of Empedocles. For twenty years he taught in all classes of the Middle School and the Lyceum. In 2023 he taught "History and Philosophy of Science" at the Technical University of Crete. He is active as an independent scholar and is a member of the International Association for Presocratic Studies. Alongside scientific study and teaching, he has turned to the creation of innovative educational methods and programs that combine knowledge with entertainment. The product of this effort is the creation of the educational program ODYSSEY & PHILOSOPHY, aimed at students of all levels, adults and teachers.

Zafiria Dimitropoulou Del Angel

Director, Performer, Educator
Zafiria Dimitropoulou Del Angel is a Greek-Mexican director, performer and educator. She served as the Artistic Director of the People's Theater Project in New York from 2018 to 2023. Born in Mexico and raised in Greece, Zafi studied dance and performing arts at an early age. As a performer, she has been a member of many troupes in Europe and the United States, including Troubleyn, while she has collaborated with important directors such as R. Pateraki, P. Michailidis, et al. As an educator she has taught workshops and theater studies departments at universities and schools around the world. As a filmmaker, Zafi specializes in creating methodologies that focus on minority issues and promote inclusivity. In 2020 she was selected for the New York Foundation of the Arts (NYFA), a program of emerging leaders in the arts. She is a graduate of the Carolos Koun Art Theater and holds a master's degree in physical theater from the Dell'Arte International school, in California, USA.
