Founder QITM, Dental Surgeon

Dr. Shivangi Maletia is a dynamic figure in dentistry, mental health, and psycho-spiritual empowerment. Formerly a Dental Surgeon with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, her journey evolved into psycho-spiritual coaching, mindfulness, and the Law of Manifestation. As a mental health practitioner and mindfulness coach, Dr. Shivangi guides individuals towards inner peace and self-discovery. Her expertise in the Law of Manifestation empowers people to create positive change through their thoughts and intentions. Beyond coaching, Dr. Shivangi is India's leading video blogger on psycho-spiritual empowerment for women. Through digital platforms, she spreads messages of self-love, empowerment, and resilience. She founded "Queen In The Making," a supportive community for women to connect and thrive. Driven by social change, Dr. Shivangi founded the NGO "Stree," dedicated to women and children's upliftment through education and healthcare initiatives across India.

Kim Underhill

Industrial & Organisational Psychologist, Management Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Executive Leadership Coach

Kim is the author of “Success Inside Out, Challenge. Her 2nd book “New Age Leadership” looks at the holistic approach to becoming effective, influential and inspiring leaders. Kim was Presidents of Daughters of Tomorrow and Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association and runs a non-profit campaign Sewing Mums helping women with chronic illness earn a living from home based sewing projects. Kim launched her own SHE BRILLIANCE movement in 2021 with a vision created for women to aspire towards a purposeful life and lead change confidently. A platform to encourage more women to step up to advance other women through its Mentorship Programme, Learning & Development Masterclasses and Socially Impactful Networking activities. Kim was recognised as one of the “Successful People in Singapore” by British publication Britishpedia; Straits Times SG Pioneer Women and received the ‘Tough Cookie’ Award at the Singapore 40over40 Inspiring Women campaign.

Climate Entrepreneur, Innovator and Climate Activist

Climate Entrepreneur, innovator and the founder of Cool The Globe - an App for climate action with users from 147 countries. I have spoken at One Young World Summit 2023 at Belfast & have conducted 200+ climate awareness sessions at schools, colleges and various organizations. awarded by the Finance Minister of India Nirmala Sitharaman as 'Young Change-maker of the year' in 2022 for our work in mobilizing citizens to fight climate change through technology. first and youngest Indian citizen appointed on the advisory board of the Climate Leadership Coalition, alongside the former Prime Minister of Finland. I was selected by UNICEF, UNDP India and the Ministry of Environment to represent India at the COP27 climate summit in Egypt, where I received COP27 Young Scholar Award from the Environment Minister of India.
