That "something else" is the unexpected; what you are experiencing is generative listening.
Generative listening, the dance of thought among multiple minds set up, from which unexpected ideas are born. Its occurrence presupposes deep connection, presence, openness and absence of bias.

We have found that the ideas worth spreading that we have been spreading from the red circle at the center of our events since 2017 resonate and grow even after the events themselves, creating connections, thoughts, surprising insights.
