Boris Ondo is a seasoned Diplomat, adept Facilitator, and passionate Youth Advocate with a focus on leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and global competency. He proudly serves as the Founder and President of the African Youth Action Foundation. In his current role, Boris excels as the Manager of the Education Team at KOO Facilitation Group (KOOFA). Renowned for his outstanding track record, he consistently showcases his expertise in driving organizational growth, nurturing collaborations, and leading impactful training initiatives.

Deliwe Makata

Deliwe Makata, a young woman from Malawi, is an advocate for women's and youth's development initiatives. She is the founder and executive director of Women Inspire, an organization that was established in 2016 that aims to empower and create opportunities for women, youth, and girls through education, leadership, and economic advancement. In her 6 years of experience as a development-oriented expert, she focused on ensuring that individuals have a safe environment for learning, growth, and development.

Jinseo Park is the Chief Director of the Department of Air and Space Transportation at the prestigious Korea Transport Institute (KOTI). Park's life story is a testament to his unyielding determination and his remarkable ability to transform adversity into opportunity. Starting as a student at a vocational high school and now positioned as a consultant at the private ODA consulting firm, GDC Consulting. Jisung's journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to enacting change.

Jo Eun Kim

Professor at KDI School of Public Policy and Management

Dr. Joeun Kim's academic focus is on social demography, gender, and work. Her initial goal during her undergraduate years was to become an art dealer and curator in France, but she eventually went back to Korea to pursue sociology. She transitioned her concentration to gender inequality during her Ph.D. studies at Pennsylvania State University, leading her to research topics like Gender Inequality, Economic Insecurity, and Family Decline in South Korea.

Sungho Park

Professor at KDI School of Public Policy and Management

Dr. Sunho Park is a Development Economist whose research consists of empirical works based on randomized controlled trials (RCTs) conducted in Sub-Saharan African countries. He discovered his specialization during his Ph.D. research, where he explored various avenues in economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. After undertaking a summer internship and engaging in a USAID project in Malawi and Liberia, he was sparked with a new interest within this region which eventually led him to focus his academic pursuits on development economics.
