Mr. Madan Mohanka is the Chairman and Executive Director of Tega Industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in science (engineering) from Ranchi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in the year 1967. In 2023, Narayana Murthy released Mr. Madan Mohanka's biography “I Did What I Had To Do”, the story of his humble beginnings at a pathshala in the outskirts of Jamshedpur to becoming the Chairperson of TEGA, a global leader in manufacturing for the mining and mineral beneficiation industry. Mr. Mohanka is the recipient of several awards including Distinguished alumnus from BIT and IIM-A, ET Bengal Best Corporate Award, EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Times Philanthropy Honour for CSR activities from TOI.

Marwan Abubaker

A foodie, farmer and waste management expert

Marwan Abubaker is a man of many passions—farming, food, animals, and environmentalism—all of which have shaped his diverse career spanning over fifteen years. With experience across agriculture, fish farming, and community services, Marwan's journey took a transformative turn when he discovered his true calling in the developmental sector. In 2009, Marwan joined Radio Active, a community radio station, where he spearheaded various community-based projects. Among his notable contributions are the co-founding of initiatives such as Stray Pals—a project focused on street dog management and welfare in Bangalore—and Waste Management Initiatives, aimed at promoting decentralized waste management in the city. As a founding member of the Solid Waste Management Roundtable (SWMRT) in Bangalore, Marwan played a pivotal role in piloting the first Dry Waste Collection Center in HSR Layout in 2011, laying the groundwork for neighborhood-based waste management solutions.

Nitu Dubey is a self taught, hyperrealistic portrait artist and she specialises in painting human faces and can sketch anyone LIVE within 5 minutes. She started building her brand, Hue Wing, as a teenager and has been successfully running it for 8 years now. She has made more than 1500 paintings and 4000 sketches which are adorning homes of people across the world, in places like Australia, USA, Canada and United Kingdom. She has even made paintings and digital art for some well known personalities.Some of her artworks have widely been shared on social media. She gets invited to LIVE sketch and perform LIVE Art at different states around India and for various brands like Dainik Bhaskar, Birla Cement, Rotaract Club, Tata Motors and Tata Steel. She also teaches hyperrealistic art online to people of ages ranging from 5 to 50. She has recently introduced her brand of Designer Art Notebooks which has received a positive feedback and shown an increase in sales from people worldwide.
