Dr. Swati Daithankar

Bharatnatyam Artist
Swati Daithankar, a distinguished Bharatanatyam artist, emerged as a beacon in the realm of dance. Graduating with top honors from Bombay University in English Literature, she delved into the world of Bharatanatyam at Nalanda Dance Research Centre. Under the guidance of luminaries like Padmashree Dr. Kanak Rele and Guru T. V. Saundarajan, Swati's tireless dedication led her to academic excellence, earning her the prestigious "Sir Nageshwar Rao Award" and a National Scholarship. As a solo performer, she graced global stages, receiving accolades such as the "Yuva Bharati" and "Sangeetonmesh" Awards. Swati's journey seamlessly blended with her role as an educator, founding "Nrityasadhana" in 1989, where she imparted Bharatanatyam training. Her artistic prowess, rooted in the fusion of Abhinay and Taal, transcends borders, leaving an indelible mark on the cultural heritage of Indian dance.

Lt Col (Dr) Santosh Khadsare (Retd)

Cyber Security enthusiast, Indian Army Veteran
Lt Col (Dr) Santosh Khadsare (Retd), an Indian Army veteran, serves as the Vice President of Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) at eSec Forte Technologies. With 25 years of experience in Cyber Security, DFIR, and related fields, he holds numerous qualifications including CHFI, MCFE, CEH, and more. He led a Digital Forensic Lab at CERT-In and received the Digital Forensic Analyst Excellence Award in 2021. Additionally, he's been involved in various capacities, such as a member of the CII Task Force on Cyber Security and an Adjunct Faculty Member at Rashtriya Raksha University. Passionate about advancing digital forensics, he shares his expertise through speaking engagements, writing, and mentoring. Committed to empowering organizations and individuals in safeguarding their digital assets, he leads a team of professionals providing cutting-edge solutions and services in DFIR.

Muneet Dhiman

Educationist
Muneet Dhiman is an educationist and a speaker on the subject of education, parenting, sustainability and system design. He is the founder and Kulapati of Vidyakshetra Gurukulam in Bangalore, a non-residential panchkosha based Gurukulam for the current times. It was built over last 13 years and his vision is to replicate the Vidyakshetra model across 108 centres in Bharat and subsequently across the globe. He was a speaker at recently concluded World Hindu Congress in Thailand. He also heads the ‘Acharya Nirman’ program, a 5 year teacher training program for the Gurukulam method of education. Currently over 75 participants of varying ages from all over the world are participating in this program. He holds an Engineering degree in computer science from Delhi Technical University(DTU) and has worked with the IT industry for more than 15 years during which he has held various management roles including heading Continental Europe for an IT services company.

Prof. Dr. Vasant Shinde

Archaeologist
Prof. Dr. Vasant Shinde, a distinguished archaeologist, holds a Ph.D. in Protohistoric Archaeology from the University of Pune. Serving as Vice Chancellor of Deccan College, he has pioneered South Asian archaeology for 41 years. His groundbreaking research includes urbanization models in Rajasthan and the first DNA analysis of the Harappan people. Currently leading an international project at Rakhigarhi, he has elevated Indian archaeology globally. Initiating the Society of South Asian Archaeology (SOSAA), he promotes young scholars and encourages global collaboration. Recognized with honors like the "100 Most Influential Vice Chancellor," Dr. Shinde's impactful career has left a lasting imprint on South Asian protohistory.

Shri Shakir Khan

Sitar Player, Indian Classical Musician
Shri Shakir Khan stands as a luminary in the realm of Hindustani instrumental music, inheriting the rich legacy of the legendary Etawah Gharana. Trained under the illustrious Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan for 25 years, Shakir epitomizes the eighth generational link in an unbroken lineage of musical brilliance, rooted in the sitar and surbahar. Awarded the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar in 2019, his talent has resonated globally, gracing stages from Dover Lane Music Conference to Woodstock Festival in Poland. Shakir's mastery of sur (melody) and laya (rhythm) is evident, highlighted by his duets with his father and guru. Shakir Khan, a recipient of CCRT and All India Radio scholarships, not only astonishes audiences with his musical voice but also serves as a precious guardian of one of the world's oldest classical traditions.

Shubham Kumar

Hitchhiker, Travel YouTuber
Nomad Shubham, a 22-year-old full-time traveler, embodies the idea that the more one explores, the more they realize how much of the world remains uncharted. His YouTube channel, boasting over 2.93 million subscribers (as of January 2024), showcases his unique travel adventures. Starting from humble beginnings, he initially funded his trips by teaching mathematics online and relying on pocket money. Hitchhiking became his go-to for budget-friendly travels, including a planned journey from India to South Africa. He's adept at couch-surfing, exchanging work for accommodation, and once even taught English in exchange for lodging. Leaving behind his engineering studies for travel wasn't an easy choice, but Shubham's journey has spanned over 58 countries in more than 5 years, enriching him with diverse cultures and unforgettable experiences.

Siddharth Mayur

Social Entrepreneur
Siddharth Mayur is a first-generation Social Entrepreneur dedicated to achieving energy security and independence through Renewable and Clean energy technologies. He is the Founder of h2e Power Systems, a Green Hydrogen & FuelCell company, mPower GmbH, a SOFC/SOEC stack manufacturing company, R Cube Energy Storage Systems, specializing in Sodium Nickel Chloride High temperature battery technology, and Annapurna MPEP, offering a multi-utility Clean cooking solution. Mayur is a strong advocate for the #HydrogenEconomy and #FuelCells. His mission revolves around leaving the world a better place. Additionally, he has developed a sustainable model for an integrated township, involving landowners as partners.

Sonal Ved, the accomplished food writer and Vogue India's food editor, shapes the magazine's gastronomic content with her culinary expertise. She has made a lasting impact on India's culinary scene through captivating features in publications like Times of India, TimeOut (Mumbai), Uppercrust magazine, Verve magazine, and Hindustan Times. In 2017, she marked a significant milestone with her regional Indian cookbook, "Gujju Goes Gourmet," showcasing her passion for diverse culinary traditions, particularly Gujarat's flavors. Based in Mumbai, Sonal remains a prominent figure in the culinary world, contributing to the evolving food scene. Her commitment to celebrating regional Indian cuisines and translating diverse culinary experiences into the written word has earned her respect and influence in the realm of food journalism.
