Anika Mohan

Student Researcher
I'll be sharing my findings on high school students' mental health over the course of the pandemic, with a focus on feelings of connection and engagement within and outside of school. This research connects directly to a discussion of the impacts students may still feel today as a result of the pandemic and distance learning. Lastly, I will highlight the key steps students and schools must take to mitigate these impacts.

Kamakshi Gupta

Student Activist
My topic is about the lack of civic engagement from youth today and how people need to be more aware of politics and elections. Your vote matters!

Kavin Gobinath

Student
My topic is talking about the positive and negative effects of Artificial Intelligence. I hope to inform the audience how the world we live in will become revolutionized if AI is used in the right manner.

Nidhi Bhogi

Student Artist
My topic is the importance of creative self-expression to help stressed students in high school. As the college application process draws nearer for teenagers, it is crucial to find ways to alleviate stress and through my talk, I bring more awareness to the creative outlets and opportunities students can pursue. After all, taking a break by engaging in activities that stimulate creativity can provide much needed-relief to all of us.

Ridhi Kadam

Student Activist
I talk about the indifference and the lack of empathy prevalent in many of our high schools environments today. Due to the toxicity of college culture, students are primarily encouraged to focus on their grades and ignore any events outside of their academics. The lack of awareness that many students currently reflect is an issue that must be addressed; this leads me to my topic of discussion today.

Rikhil Seth

Student Activist
Are humans naturally compassionate and altruistic beings? What is the role of compassion and altruism in society? How can we bridge a compassionate society into an altruistic one?

Terrence Gonzales-Cortes

Student
My topic is about building self-confidence and encouraging others to welcome their fellow humans into their own life. The way I like to call this kind of social interaction is a Fearless Introduction.
