The event talks about how technological advancements such as AI, and Environmental issues like COVID-19 have affected us and compares the two aspects to really find our whether we are really progressing.

Ashutosh Yegnanarayanan

Finance Manager
Academically and initially during my career, I've been into Investment and Portfolio Management analysis and moved on to Corporate Financial Management during my time in Dubai from 2017. I currently manage the finance team at a media company in UAE, Nomad Productions. I also handle a secondary career as a teacher. I teach CFA, an investment management course, deliver sessions on personal financial management and have also begun instructing a closely knit group of students/friends/family on meditation. On the extra curricular side, I'm a jack of many trades, still striving to be a master. I play the guitar, write fiction, hike off-trail, run. I love taking a chance at any sport when given an opportunity and I'm a theoritcal physics enthusiast.

As a strategy consultant and corporate trainer, she has trained 12000+ protégés in Gulf Countries and India. She is a director at MANAGTRA CONSULTING, a Management consulting firm. She has presented several articles in international conferences at USA, UK, and India focusing on – Strategic HRM, Competency, T&D, Meaningfulness of work, openness, organizational culture, self-managed teams, stress management, etc. She is serving in advisory board of Post University, USA, Editorial board member of “The Business Case Analysis Journal” and “International Journal of Business and Management Research” Adjunct Faculty at Skyline University, Westford University College, Success Point College, etc. PhD in strategic human resource management, and Certified Human Resource Analyst."

Kiara Kaur

In an era, where digital technology has become an integral part of every person’s life and has left the traditional book reading behind. Kiara Kaur, in contrast, has made herself inseparable from physical books. She started reading since the age of 2. Since then she has read more than 2000 books. She loves to read and share. Her reading habit soon flourished wide and led her to enter the World Book of records, London in reading 36 books nonstop for one hour and 45 mins at the tender age of 4 years. She is also the World's youngest TEDx speaker at the age of 5. She is also set to release her first inspirational autobiography as an author soon.

Nir Kshetri

Professor
Nir Kshetri is Professor at University of North Carolina-Greensboro, USA. He has authored twelve books and about 200 academic articles, which have been translated into Arabic, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Portuguese and other languages. He has been ranked among the world’s top 0.03% researchers in the 2021 list of the World's Top Researchers by Stanford University. Nir’s work has been featured by hundreds of media worldwide. He has provided consulting services to Asian Development Bank, the Commonwealth Secretariat, various UN agencies and a number of private companies. In 2018, he gave a TED Talk about the potential roles of cryptocurrencies in fighting poverty.
