Neurodiversity is a viewpoint that differences are normal, rather than deficits, and should be celebrated. The concept of Neurodiversity can be linked with the range of differences in individual behavior traits, mindsets, and points of view.
The term is most often used in the context of the autistic spectrum, but it thoroughly encompasses and scrutinizes the diversity in people’s brains, both physically and mentally. Speakers are encouraged to speak about and delve into topics that support this celebration of neurodiversity!
Through this, audiences can gain a clearer insight on the complexities and variety of the human neuro-system, and further learn how people with diverse mindsets should be accepted, respected, and recognized alongside others
