• Douglas Thomas
  Douglas Thomas is Associate Professor in the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California. He is co-author of the book "The New Culture of Learning". He received his Ph. D. from the University of Minnesota in Communication in 1992 and specializes in Critical Theory and Cultural Studies of Technology. He is founding editor of Games & Culture: A Journal of Interactive Media, a quarterly international journal that aims to publish innovative theoretical and empirical research about games and culture within the context of interactive media.
• Rachel S. Smith
  Rachel S. Smith is a Senior Consultant and the Director of Digital Facilitation Services for The Grove Consultants International in San Francisco, CA. Rachel develops ways to integrate technology into visual practice. She has a deep understanding of new media and its application to education through her previous role as Vice President for Services of the New Media Consortium, and prior experience leading her own graphic design company. • David Hu
  Despite being only 21 years old, David Hu is a Software Development Intern in Khan Academy, where he has proposed and implemented "The Machine Learning Model for New Proficiency Model"; now used to evaluate Khan Academy users' performance as a learning tool. He also has been an intern in Google Waterloo, ON, and Mountain View, CA, and an IT Student Analyst in TD Bank Financial Group in Toronto, ON. He studies engineering in the University of Waterloo, ON.

  Founder and Director of "Maestros del Web" a large community for web developers and digital communicators in Spanish language. For the last 15 years he has worked in web development, training, planning, management and marketing of web projects.
