Theme: TEDxHimmelpfortgasse - Countdown

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Sabine Gromer is a Transformation Pathfinder and the Founder of MagnoliaTree. MagnoliaTree is a purpose driven and ethical Coaching and Consulting firm, working with brave leaders of strategy bringing about dignified organization and systems change. Transformations at the tipping point is her passion. Sabine is leading and advising systems in an holistic approach to enhance and maximize organization effectiveness, especially through periods of change. Throughout her 20-year career in Finance, spanning various global and international leadership roles, Sabine has become a change leadership expert. Sabine holds an an M.A. in Change Leadership from Columbia University, New York, MBA from AKAD Stuttgart and an M.A. in Advanced Management from PFH Goettingen. Sabine also holds various Coaching Certifications and among others is trained in NLP, Gestalt and Systems Thinking. Sabine sits on the Next Generation Board of FRED LEADERSHIP.
