In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Kaustubh Radkar is an Indian triathlete. He is the poster boy of ‘Ironman’ of India and has finished the Ironman Triathlon 25 times as of March 2020. He is the first Indian to finish the race 25 times, and one of the few Asians to finish Ironman Triathlon on all 6 continents. He was first Indian to finish Ironman Kona World Championship in 2017.

Mrinalini Kher

Co-Founder of Yuva Parivartan

For the last 25 years she has served as Honorary Secretary & Trustee of Kherwadi Social Welfare Association (KSWA). She also Co-founded “Yuva Parivartan (YP)” and the moving spirit of Yuva Parivartan, a project of KSWA to transform lives of underprivileged school dropouts through Skills Development and Livelihoods. YP today is one of the largest NGOs in the field of Livelihoods with a National Presence in 16 States. Today Yuva Parivartan Skills 100,000 deprived youth per annum through five delivery formats, and by 2012-2013 they aim to scale up to 400,000 per annum. Mrinalini was closely associated with the Spastic Society. She has done Honorary Work with the Seva Sadan Society Gamdevi Orphanage, and is also Honorary Secretary & Trustee of the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Trustee of Blue Star Foundation.

Even her breathing has a rhythm, her manner a poise, her persona a grace, her existence an inspiration. Among the contemporary Kathak dancers, Guru Shovana Narayan stands out for two major reasons - her ability to effectively perform two distinctive roles with ease and her capability to produce and direct. Much like her guru, Pandit Birju Maharaj, She is famous as both performer and a guru. For most of today's professional and aspiring Kathak dancers, Shovana ma'am is a role model, thanks to her unique ability of leading by example.

Hailing from Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand Vanshika Choudhary , is a 16-year-old student from Mussoorrie International School. She has been actively participating in a lot many social activities. She has been a part of school’s weekly publication “The Originals” from their very first issue and now works as the Editor for The Originals. She has participated for more than 25 public speaking competitions ranging from debate, extempore , youth forum, mock parliament, MUN conferences etc…. by now and continuously aims for more. She has delegated in Harvard Model United Nations conference. With her budding interest in MUNs, she has chaired and delegated for more than 15 MUNs till now. Aspiring to be a lawyer, she trusts in utilizing the articulations we as a whole need to encourage change.
