As children, we were all discouraged from colouring outside the lines. Gone are those days, and a new era of colouring beyond the lines has emanated and this is most appreciated aspect now. Leaders who colour beyond the lines are trailblazers and are known to look at things in unconventional and non-traditional ways. The ability to unleash our creativity, innovativeness and think beyond the ordinary is the need of the hour.
