Theme: CROSSROADS

The major idea of the theme is to connect with people whose lives have not conformed to the mainstream one skill development and has had an impact on multiple sectors. The application of the information and skill attained in one field to be applied into different fields and situations in order to obtain a new perspective to tackle modern problems. The idea revolves around the theme "CROSSROADS" and how different people perceive it.
This theme hints upon the multiple instances we have in our life that cannot be tackled by just one set of skills or unidirectional thinking, instead, people have to arrive at abstract crossroads to gain a new point of view.

Magician and mentalist

A person, whose mantra in life is finding the passion, rather than following it, whose belief is, that passion enables us to reach places others are afraid to venture into, to try things others are too afraid to, and to be the kind of person others are afraid to be! Passion creates the energy and the drive required to do what others think is impossible. Magician and Mentalist, Mr. Chandrankit Sharma with more than 10 years of experience as a magician and a speaker, has performed over 500 shows, travelling all over India, entertaining thousands of people in theaters, social events, and PSU conglomerates like Google, BARC and NTPC. Although a gold medallist Mechanical Engineer from Hindustan University and having worked for one of the most reputed IT firm Infosys, he is pursuing his passion as a full time professional Magician and Mentalist and is dedicated to introduce the audience, how life tastes when one chooses heart over risks and fear.

Chirag Sharma

Entrepreneur, Social Activist

"The only person you are destined to become, is the person you decide to be" - as said by Ralph Waldo Emerson couldn't be proved more true by anyone other than Mr. Chirag Sharma, a young entrepreneur, social activist and a change maker. Having created various platforms that have had impact on masses, he has also worked with various startups and helped them grow enormously. Besides being the founder of Transformation Talks i.e. India’s first speaking platform meant for spreading awareness as well as the upliftment of the LGBTQ community, he has also founded other ventures which targets underprivileged women who are facing health issues to help them become self sufficient by transforming them into entrepreneurs. Known for his contributions in the education sector by creating various models for government school children to make education in India better and more practical, he also owns a food chain with the concept of replacing junk food with the same taste with lesser calories.

Dinesh Mohan

Actor, Model

Also known as the Silverfox of India, actor and model Dinesh Mohan has been a part of several TV shows as well as upcoming movies like "Saand ki Aankh". Along with prestigious awards like Best Actor in a Short Film (Bench), Pride of Nation and Gem of India to his cap, Mr. Mohan has also been a motivational speaker on different platforms. Not only did he began his modelling career at the age of 56 years but also faced a hard time prior to this stage due to mental and physical ailments. Fighting like a fox, Mr. Dinesh had tremendous comeback by being associated with names such as Amazon India Fashion Week, Vogue and GQ. Thereon, he has been sharing his journey and belief of "Live Life to the Fullest".

Mohnish Malhotra

LGBTQ+ Activist

Prominently defined for his inspiring work for the LGBTQIA+ community, Monish is a publicist, life coach, radio show host and a media influencer. He has left no stone unturned for empowering the rainbow community be it opening a discussion in media platforms or organizing the first Pride Parade in India and continuing it for 11 years without fail. Besides, he’s the CEO of Silver Monkey Communications, an award-winning Public Relations firm. His efforts have been instrumental in contributing to the recent decriminalization of homosexuality in 2018. Being himself a survivor of drug abuse for 8 years, he now conducts training sessions on the art of discovering oneself. Additionally, he is currently hosting a radio show, ‘Beyond Love Sex and Other Drugs’ on Voice America Empowerment Channel. Recently, he has produced LGBTQIA+ themed web series in a talk-show format called ‘Unfamiliar Families’. The series maps their journey and expectation for an improved and more inclusive India.

Sanyog Saxena

Investor, Entrepreneur

Sanyog Saxena, a Startup Investor and Entrepreneur, dropped out of graduation in the final year and went to co-own several businesses in the US and all across Europe. He now spends most of his time either in the US or in the Dominican Republic working with the presidential candidate for the 2020 elections. His topic of discussion being “CHURNING SUCCESS OUT OF SHOCKINGLY BAD DECISIONS” is what he's been been doing his whole life. He strongly believes that, people may not have the maturity or sense to choose the right path for themselves when the opportunity presents itself but even after not opting the right path, they can still make a good life for themselves as long as they learn from their mistakes and are open to grow as a person. He wishes to give the audience a peek into his life, his own decisions and how he kept learning to make sure, he turned his life around upside down.
