You would find a rich profusion of knowledge in our fun-filled event capturing the theme "Ripples of change". Our theme for the conference aims to address how one leader can inspire wide-spread change, similar to how one drop of water can create a cascading effect of ripples whose results can be seen and felt for long periods of time. We hope you are ready to join us and listen.

Ameya Ambulkar

Professor of Social Entrepreneurship at ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship
With over 8 years of experience in the space of education, Ameya is a firm believer in the power of education and its impact on society. He has been awarded as the Best Professor Award in CSR by Higher Education Forum India 2018 and has bagged Maharashtra rank 1 and India rank 7, in State & National Eligibility Test respectively. With several national & international papers to his account, Ameya is currently undertaking his Doctoral Research in Meditation and its impact on workplace performanceLeapForWord (LFW), is a Mumbai-based, registered non-profit organization dedicated to just one cause โ€” that of enhancing the English language skills of children in under-served communities in India. LFW designs simple English learning solutions for regional language ecosystems and delivers these solutions through local teachers by enabling them through training & certification and helping them start English classes in their respective communities.

Dr. Vinay Deshmane

๐˜ฟ๐™ง. ๐™‘๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ฎ ๐˜ฟ๐™š๐™จ๐™๐™ข๐™–๐™ฃ๐™š is a well-renowned surgeon Surgical Oncologist and General Surgeon in Breach Candy, Mumbai. Mr. Deshmane has dedicated 32 years in these fields and has also acted as a cancer representative for several conferences in order to spread awareness regarding this pressing issue. In a number of conferences, he has made presentations, analyzing the data of the Indian Cancer registries maintained at semi-urban and rural areas of Maharashtra. Through his earnest efforts due to the rapid increase in cancer patients in India, he believes that India should be well prepared to combat anything related to cancer and has continued spreading the word regarding the same.

She has equipped the role of a great inspirer and philosopher by taking over various platforms, such as "Learning to be Human" at Manthan: forum for public discourse. Being an avid traveler with an adventurous streak who loves to be on the move, she is considered a sincere fitness enthusiast who encourages several to be their best self with her outstanding fitness regimes published on her blogs. Manjeet Hirani, with her versatile personality, has also touched upon several lives through her book โ€œHow To Be Human: Life Lessons from Buddy Hirani". "I realized that we, human beings, donโ€™t live natural lives. God has created us, but the rules are man-made, so we live by social conditioning,โ€ she points out in order to highlight the essence of her profound book.

With outstanding entrepreneur skills, he has crafted Meru into the single largest radio cab service in India with a fleet size of more than 9000 vehicles running in the country. Neeraj Gupta is truly an icon when it comes to independence, โ€œNeeraj and I started with a garage,โ€ claimed Farhat Gupta. With almost nothing in hand, he honed his risk-taking and entrepreneur skills and created an empire which is now one of the greatest. Today Meru cabs claim to be the 3rd largest โ€œRadio Taxiโ€ company in the world; serving to more than 1.8 million passengers, they make up to 30,000+ trips a day.

He is an independent conceptual artist, tactical media artist, workshop facilitator, creative mentor, and video artist. He promotes counter-culture, writes and directs plays, curates festivals, designs media and theatre interventions, acts in installation performances and works on a range of issues concerning autism, hyphenated nationalism, de-notified tribes, displacement and rehabilitation after riots. Parnab Mukherjee has been declared by Sunday Times (2004) of The Times of India as one of the top-20 theatre directors of the country and was the only alternative director in the list. He is an empowered authority on Badal Sircarโ€™s theatre, Shakespeare-in-education and specializes in theatre-for-conflict-resolution and theatre-of-the-campus. He has directed more than 50 productions up till now. He has five published works there are two volumes of poetry-as-a-theatre-performance.

This card, which is meant to serve as a reminder, is then passed on to the recipient of the kind act to pay it forward to someone else, thus creating an unremitting chain of kindness. As of today, 658000+ YTN cards are in circulation in 45 countries.
