At TEDxMITSG, we are aspiring to reach for the sky, grab a star and bring Enlightenment. We are aspiring to crack the glass ceiling, and let light illuminate us. We are aspiring to move the margins.
In a world where uniformity and conventions have long ruled, TEDxMITSG has an assemblage that has forayed into terra-incognita and made an indelible mark for themselves.
Some lives become stories that are told and retold with a new flair every time. In moving the margins, we look at lives that have not just thought, out- of -the- box, but have redefined the very process of thinking.
We are exhibiting ‘Moving the Margins’ through ground breaking contributions of those illustrious personalities that have changed the very fabric of contemporary society and posits to change the shape of human civilization.
We announce with TEDxMITSG that margins can no longer be marginalised.

He has moved the margins of medical science by incorporating those who were shunned away and branded to be afar from the realm of medical care. His journey started when he qualified as a physician from Trivendrum Medical College, Kerala and as an anaesthesiologist from AIIMS, New Delhi. As Palliative care is an approach that focuses on the improvement of quality of life of patients and their families, he has looked far beyond the margin of physical pain and addressed sorrow, grief and disillusionment towards life that becomes the sad fate of terminally ill.
