In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Hossam Hassan is a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. He is a dedicated volunteer and gives credit to his volunteer work for shaping his personality. He is the founder of قيمة - Qima which is an interactive community space that take debating as a way to present and solve the most important prominent problems of our society. He won the second place in the national competition in Egypt in 2017 Coaching fadilia foundation team.

Mohamed Khodeir

Mohamed Khodeir is an active and ambitious Chemical Engineering student at Cairo University, and a teaching assistant and a science communicator at the AUC.

Seif managed to be one of the best event planners all while being the first goalkeeper in “Elmoagzat/miracles” football team and participating in several sports with only one arm.

Soha Abdelkader

Soha S. Abd Elqader graduated from the Faculty of Arts and found her true passion while working with children. She realised that our lives are simply stories worth telling, that’s why she created her own project: “حدوتي ”, to bring our kids to the wonderful world of the Arabic language. Soha knows her story is far from finished, but she won’t stop until she fills all the pages of her life.
