“Wise man” dominated thanks to the ability to cooperate and communicate effectively in big groups. We were able to build cities, write books, create incredible technology. We solved many important challenges that have been facing us.

As the pace of human evolution continues to accelerate, we can’t help but wonder: What will our lives be like at the end of this century? Will our lives be completely changed by the next technological, environmental, social or genetical evolution? Will Homo Sapiens continue being the world’s dominant species? Or will we evolve into a completely new species soon?

Join us to explore all these questions as well as new ways of addressing our dreams and concerns about the future.

Benoît Molineaux

Benoit is a trained physicist and climate scientist, as well as being a social facilitator and community leader. He is an employee of the housing cooperative which he helped create and in which he lives with his family. He is currently helping local authorities and groups of people imagine and realize cooperative projects in eco-districts, such as the cooperative supermarket www.spp-vergers.ch.

Bernd Lapp

Bernd has several years of management experience across multiple industries. At the end of 2014 he got interested in Blockchain Technology and the business opportunities it provides, living and working in Cryptovalley, Zug. He was an advisor to the Ethereum Foundation, is the CEO of Old School GmbH, Business Lead in Swarm City and Advisor to a few Blockchain Projects.

Charles Fadel

Charles Fadel is a global education thought leader and author, futurist and inventor; founder Center for Curriculum Redesign; visiting scholar Harvard GSE; chair education committee BIAC/OECD; co-author “Four-Dimensional Education” (now in 15 languages) and best-selling “21st Century Skills”; founder Fondation Helvetica Educatio. He was formerly: Global Education Lead at Cisco Systems, worked with education entities in thirty countries; visiting scholar at MIT; angel investor. Holder of BSEE, MBA, 7 patents.

Christoph Rummel

Christoph has turned his hobby into his profession: since 2001 he works a juggler. On stage, he uses juggling not only for the purpose of entertainment but also as a tool and metaphor to give a vivid and new perspective to topics from daily life or the economy or science. In addition to appearances at international variety and circus festivals (e.g. in France or Russia), he has performed at events organized by several large DAX index corporations and medium-sized enterprises.

Jeanine Reutemann

Jeanine Reutemann is a deeply passionate researcher, film maker, educator, tech-nerd. This leads her to critically investigate the impact and affordances of new media technologies at the Centre for Innovation at the Leiden University in The Hague, while also managing her Swiss start-up company Red Morpheus GmbH, focusing on science and educational films.

Marine Tanguy

As an advocate for artists since a young age, Marine directed her first gallery at age 21, opened her first art gallery in Los Angeles at age 23 and finally created her current business in 2015, MTArt Agency, breaking from the gallery model to promote the artists she believed in across the globe. MTArt is the first artist agency promoting influential visual artists and specialising in talent management: building, growing and accelerating their careers. Marine was recently awarded Forbes 2018 30 under 30 Europe: Art & Culture. She is a thought leader, writer and a frequent speaker on contemporary art.

Meloe Gennai

Meloe is a poet, performer and a legalist advocating for minority rights. Their poems are written in English, German and French and address themes like gender, relationships, discrimination and safe spaces. Meloe holds a BA in history and love drinking a cup of Lapsang.

Nancy Rademaker

Nancy is a highly rated and motivating international business speaker, she has energized many events with bold presentations on the topics of digital transformation, extreme customer centricity, disruption, AI, business model change and leadership. She travels the world taking business leaders to innovation hubs like Silicon Valley, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Berlin using that first-hand inspiration as a continuous and valuable source, thus keeping her keynote content and examples on the cutting edge of the latest technologies, developments, and disruptive new business models.

Philippe Moreillon

Philippe Moreillon holds a Doctorate in medicine from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland), and a PhD in microbiology from the Rockefeller University, New York (USA). He became full Professor and Director at the UNIL Institute of Fundamental Microbiology in 2002. He held the positions of Vice-Dean of the UNIL Faculty of Biology and Medicine from 2002 to 2006, and Vice-Rector of UNIL for Research and International relations until 2016. He actively promotes interdisciplinary between natural sciences and humanities. His research encompasses pathogenesis of Gram-positive bacteria and antibiotic resistance. He currently concentrates on revisiting antimicrobial strategies such as bacteriophage therapy.

Richard Baldwin

Richard Baldwin is Professor of International Economics at the Graduate Institute in Geneva, having served, in 1990, as a Senior Staff Economist in the White House. His 2016 book, The Great Convergence: Information technology and the New Globalisation, was cited by Lawrence Summers as one of the 5 most important books on globalisation ever, and listed among the Financial Times’ Best Books of 2016.

Saba Imru-Mathieu

Saba Imru Mathieu is an Executive Coach and business owner who believes that new mindsets are needed to address today’s complexity. She sees coaching as the prime leadership skill to create humane and high performing organizations. Saba has a rich international career in the UN and was Senior Trainer at the Institute of Coaching, Geneva. She has an MA in Leadership and studies for a doctorate in Coaching at Oxford Brookes.
